Joe E. Moreno - Owner (Founder 1988)

31 Year Pool Industry experience   

 

I started out in this great industry while working as a striving Project Engineer for one of the oldest engineering firms in south Florida. It was 1987, I was a young 27 yr. old professional - and I was in the process of building my own home with a swimming pool. The pool sub-contractor that I hired failed to meet my expectations and resulted in me having to take over the task.

That was how my journey began. As I developed a passion and an ambitious enthusiasm for  distinctive pool designs and construction...Artistic Pools was founded.

I served as Chairman of the Builder's Council in Dade County from 1994-1999.

President of the NSPI chapter 1999-2001 (Currently the FSPA)

Gold Design Award Recipient.

I am a state licensed General Contractor, a Commercial Swimming Pool Contractor and a state licensed Inspector.

I have built Pools, Spas, Decks, Fountains, Structures... and have transformed endless backyard environments. However, I understand that despite all the pools we’ve put in over the years, yours is the only one that matters.

Coming from an engineering background, my commitment to excellence will never waiver. I pride myself and challenge our company everyday to be the most knowledgeable professionals in our Industry so that we may implement leading technology, design and construction to exceed expectations.

Building you anything less than the best pool possible, is unacceptable. Because the best  pool in the world is worthless, if it’s not the pool you expected.
